Almost immediately, I got a call back. They'd already discussed and decided to take a stab at my issue. Within two hours, Fused was at my house and was able to see that the problem was pole-to-house wiring (PPL's responsibility), and offered to help make sure to get PPL to come the same day. PPL was at my home within 2 hours... and Fused didn't charge me for the visit. "When I called Andy to request an estimate, he came out the same day to look over the job in order to see what I wanted to have done which made me very happy. He did a good job with the electrical portion of the job (electrical component/wiring installation and electrical terminations). Primarily the only issue I had was that when he told me a time that he would be arriving at the house to start working for the day, he would show up anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours later than he stated that he would arrive which did not make me very happy.
