"Actually I have used Santiago construction 3 times; twice for deep clean of 2 levels and once for regular cleaning and have them rescheduled for a regular clean again in August. They are prompt, even arriving early; they are respectful of my things and incredibly efficient. They do a fantastic job and I am happy to know them."

"They did a great job."

"Stephen Phenneger is a true gentleman that listens to his clients needs and works hard to satisfy his client and beyond. We are just half way through the project and delayed because a generational snow storm, we know he will stay on top of the conditions and finish when it is safe and able to within our needed due date. We will be hiring Sky High and Mr. Phenneger for many future projects and recommend him to friends. It is a pleasure to find such a person with integrity, honesty and skills."
