We hired Rounds Construction for the job and of everyone we worked with, they were one of the most professional companies. They arrived at our house exactly when they said they would come. They never complained about crawling 50 feet through our tight attic space to the other side of the house to install the electrical in a very difficult spot. The fan installation is flawless and the price was very reasonable. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived by doing touch up paint on the ceiling and by the light switches, vacuumed, and patiently moved our furniture several times to exactly where we wanted it. The slope of the finished driveway is perfect and there are no low spots or humps. Water now runs from the garage to the street just as I wanted. Had it not been for Tropical Storm Imelda, the whole job would have been completed in 3 days.
