"Finding a stucco contractor was like entering the Twilight Zone. No one calls you back or answers forms completed online. Luckily, a friend recommended Eliot Gutierrez with WallDesign Plastering Eliot arrived to give us a quote on stuccoing our entire house. As he walked the outside, he advised us of a number of minor issues that should be addressed before the process started. We had a couple of drains that required lengthening as the stucco would add an additional half inch. He suggested the outside lights be removed and an extender be added to accommodate the new stucco depth and a new exterior utility door for the garage. He did this on his first visit without a promise of the job. I appreciated his input as it allowed us to address the problems prior to work beginning on the stucco. I was able to reduce my stress because I did not need to hustle to take care of issues in order not to hold up the process. Eliot provided an education on stucco. Who knew there were 2 types - traditional and synthetic. This helped to more clearly decide which type we wanted. He explained everything he was going to do in thorough detail, He really listened to our needs and worked to find ways to accommodate. I was very stressed in choosing a color scheme since it was something I would have to live with for years. I knew I wanted blue and gray but I could not decide on the exact shades of each. Eliot has a keen eye for color and very patiently guided me to the right colors. The quality of workmanship is top rate. He completed the stucco upgrade about 2 months ago and I have not found any issues, not even small issues. Because of Eliot and his crew, I love my â new-to-meâ house. I would without question recommend Elliot and WallDesign Plastering for any stucco job you might have."

"I hired Jalisco Platering (Gabriel) after completing a contractor search for Stucco Siding licensed businesses in the state of Arizona (ROC or Registrar of Contractors). He was one of 4 estimates that I received for this repair work that I needed to do. I made sure the business was duly licensed and insured (which they are) before hiring any contractor. Jalisco Plastering (Gabriel) arrived on time for our appointment to examine the scope and detail that was need and I wanted for the job. All 4 of the contractors were ROC licensed and all of them explained the job almost exactly the same but the difference between their estimates ranged from Taking you to the bank to empty your accounts to Extremely reasonable. Jalisco Plastering was on the latters extreme (Extremely reasonable). Not only did they provide the most reasonable of estimates but Gabriel did the job that I had on the spot whereas others were weeks out from even trying to come do my repair. I had an old stucco job done on this area that was cracking and falling onto the pool deck because the original stucco contractor did not perform. The project was in deep need of repair and replace. Jalisco tore down the old crumbling plaster job, applied the appropriate wire and mesh to the patio lip, and entire wall up to the roof. The end product looked pleasing and has cured absolutely correctly over the past few days. All I had to do was apply water to the stucco for three days by spraying the surface. It has been painted and I cannot even see any difference now between the new area and the rest of the surfaces of the house that surround the patch! Excellent job! Gabriel was also pleasant and he took time to explain all the steps that needed to be done to repair and restore this wall and patio archway. He delivered on his promised and the area looks exquisite. After it cured and was painted, its impossible to tell that there was ever a problem in the area. I am definitely pleased with the cost; and, more importantly, the quality of the work that was performed on my house. If I ever need to have stucco work completed; Jalisco Plastering, will be the company that I call and hire to do so."

"I am giving 5 stars all across the board because (1) a friend recently had his house painted and highly recommended them; (2) the price was comparable with quotes received from other contractors; (3) Alex and James were professional, friendly and extremely patient & prompt with answers to questions I had (and there were a lot) (4) the paint crew was on time, professional, courteous/friendly and considerate of my property and outside items (furniture, grills, potted plants, etc.) and (5) everyone made this a pleasant, seamless project compared with recent projects we've had done. The crew was in our backyard and I went to tell them to just paint around a small shed against the house that I couldn't move. To my surprise, they moved it and that part of the house was already painted! They also removed & re-installed our solar screens when I thought they would just cover them. Their crew's system was so well executed that everything (taping, caulking, scraping/priming, painting, touching up and cleaning up) was totally completed within 7 hours which, I believe, included a lunch break. A&J Keith Painting also repairs cracks/stucco if needed and does not water down paint unlike other contractors, which I can confirm is true because I was home and periodically checked on the progress of the crew. Also, the crew was not noisy, didn't play loud music, knocked on the front door when they needed something and were super polite. Needless to say, we are totally pleased overall. "I never thought that I would live through a "popcorn removal" service while living in a fully furnished home, but when I had Kent, the owner of Beehive, out for an estimate, he assured me that it can be done with no mess, and he took the time to explain the process to me, using an illustrated booklet.  I decided to proceed and Kent and his crew arrived promptly on day one for a 7 AM start. The home is meticulously covered in plastic (which took 2 and a half hours for my 1200 sq ft home) so that befote the popcorn comes down you cannot see any of your furniture, windows, doors or floors. Then the popcorn ceiling comes down and repairs to any cracks are made before the new ceiling texture is applied.  The crew then cleans up and the ceiling is left to dry.  Two days later, the crew returns, the plastic is put up again, and the ceiling is sanded, and painted. If I knew that this process could be done with such little mess, I would've had it done years ago! But not  all companies have this same technique so don't expect this if you book someone else!
