""Mick did a spectacular job on our basement!!! He installed and painted wood paneling on the workshop wall and pieced repairs on our spare room floor. The flooring we bought was slightly different from the original, but you can hardly tell that it's different. We asked him to do the patch-in the same direction as the wood grain in the original flooring. This involved a lot more cutting, but it turned out great! Luckily, it was a beautiful day, so he said he didn't mind going out to our patio to cut the pieces. And it was warm enough that day that he could just leave the sliding door open and go in and out easily as he needed! He must be an excellent puzzle master, as he got the whole floor back together and looking great! He even cleaned up after the work so the room looks better than ever."

"The entire process went very smoothly. Matt from Genesis was always prompt at responding to our questions. However, Marvin (the door company) took a while to finish our doors, it wasn’t Genesis’ fault. Genesis also took responsibility of a couple of errors: (1) We found out later on that the original Marvin doors we ordered do not come in custom sizes. Genesis changed the model to a higher more expensive model to accommodate the custom size without additional cost to us. (2) The hardware in one of the doors came in the different color. They immediately placed the order for the correct color and will install it at no cost to us, too. Thank you!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Al was awesome to work with. Naturally, I had burned the vinyl siding in the FRONT right by the front door. Al patiently went around our house and found a section of vinyl siding that was the same size in an obscure area. He then pulled off the burned piece and swapped it out with the other piece, which was great, because of where it was, I was able to put up a trellis which completely hides the burned spot. Now the siding by our front door is perfect!!! Thanks Al !!!! Now my husband's not all crabby about the damaged siding and you did an excellent and fast job!!!"
