"We chose Garcia Roofing because we wanted a highly reputable, local, Louisiana licensed and insured roofing company. We had a GAF HD shingle roof installed previously, that was approximately 8 years old. Hurricane Ida winds were (my estimate as we were in our home during the storm) 130mph sustained for 6-8 hours. We considered both shingle and the standing seam metal roof for our roof replacement. We chose the standing seam metal roof as the most cost effective long term solution. Garcia Roofing installed a 26 gauge standing seam metal roof for us. We’re very pleased with our new roof. It’s beautiful and very well installed. We chose the medium bronze color. The installation crew did a superior job. We had to replace 36 CDX plywood sheets to fix the damaged roof deck. Additionally, we had facia/soffit repairs included. Install shingle roof with 30 year Atlas Pinnacle Fiberglass shingles, algae resistance (Scotchgardf). Supply and install Atlas Pro ridge and new ridge. Supply and install 4 new 3-in -1 roof jacks and one new galvanized roof jack. Clean out gutters, run magnet on ground to pick up any loose nails, and haul away all trash. Waiting on the warranty from Atlas"

It started to rain about an hour before completion of the job but the guys kept on working and finished. The temperature had dropped a lot but they kept right on until the job was done. "Our experience with Mr. Gilmore was beyond my expectations.  We called to a get a quote and he was here the next day to assess our needs.  The next day he was here with a detailed estimate.  He went out of his way to meet with our insurance adjuster and walk through the required work with him as well.  Once work began, he was quick, efficient, and thorough.  He provided us with proof of insurance and licenses, guaranteed his work in writing and overall did a remarkable job.  He took pictures when he was on the roof so that I could see the "before and after", and also so that I would have something to present to the insurance company.  The interior ceiling work was flawless; covering the water stains, taping and repairing a crack, re-applying texture and painting the whole ceiling.   I would not hesitate to contact Mr Gilmore for any future work needed in my house."

Once your needs are assessed and how many workers it will take to complete the job he will send an estimate. I have been very satisfied with the prices - the quality of work and the workers. My various jobs averaged about $450 each. The latest for cutting up the hot tub and hauling it off took 2 workers 2 hours for $480."
