"We could never recommend. We purchased a 26kw whole home generac generator a couple month back. They set it up and told us to run it 24-25 hours to break it in and they would come change the oil and make sure everything was working fine. At the time of install I was told not to install the app because it was junk. Hours after the tech left we did install the app and after running the remainder of that day of install and throughout the night we manually shut the generator down at 22 hours as we noticed the app was showing the battery was discharging all night and the motor sounded like it was misfiring and had an exhaust leak. The technician came out and found a wire was hooked up wrong and then pulled the spark plug to show me it was fouling out, that wasn?t an exhaust leak, the rocker arms that push the valves down were pretty loose on one side of the engine. He removed the valve cover and tightened the rocker arms down using feeler gauges, yes I watched, and he reused the old valve "

"The guys who came out were very nice and professional. They got the job done within a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up well before they left. I noticed the toilet was rocking a bit the next day (I did not notice it the day before) and it was the weekend so I left a message at their office. My message was that it was no hurry to call me back when they returned to the office, however I got a call back that day anyway and they had the installer come back out on Monday to fix it.
