I am a hard surface installer experienced in installing ceramic tile, hardwood & Laminate flooring, vinyl tile, & sheet flooring(linoleum). I have been in the flooring industry for over 25 years. I started out in sales & moved into installation 17 years ago when I joined the Floor covering union here in Cleveland. I completed the 4 year apprentice program through the union & have also taken many other seminars & training classes offered through distributors & flooring manufacturers. I stand behind my work & offer a one year warranty on all of my installations.

What I valued most is the fact I was able to get an estimate with in a day of calling, he showed up on time to start work and was able to start right away and complete the job in 2 days. When an unforeseen issue came up with one of the cut off valves he was able to handle."

"John was recommended by a realtor friend and I am glad she did. He answered the phone on the first call and came out two days later to give an estimate. As promised he gave us a quote that same night that was very reasonable compared to two others we had gotten previously. The job was refinishing wood floors in pretty much our whole house. There was some repair and patching in a few spots. He removed and hauled away old carpet. It was done in two phases with a lot of furniture moving that he and his partner handled for us. He showed up on time every morning (even during a major snow storm) and communicated regularly via text. He and his partner took great care with our house and the finished floors are absolutely beautiful. We had been waiting years to do this project and the end product is everything we had hoped for. "
