I did let him inspect the chimney. He did not know how much but finally agreed, after some discussion, accepted what I was told it would be for inspection without cleaning, $125.00. Not dependable. I never received a call from H & T with any explanation or apology before or after. I will not use the company again."

We set a date and time to begin several days later and they arrived on time, attended to each area we specified, and did a great job with the specific work as well as the general cleaning overall. This team is thorough, reasonable, and does great work. They are great people and we highly recommend them."

They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."

The amount of red clay dirt and animal fur is overwhelming. She came in and changed my house atmosphere in a couple of hours. Everyone was able to come home to nice, clean smelling home.
