"They arrive every other month as scheduled. Seems to keep indoor insect pests to a minimum. The only thing they are not super effective with is spiders and they explained this has a lot to do with how spiders work. Basically, since pests with poison don't get inside, spiders who live inside won't get access to the toxin. But otherwise, I like them, their ability and willingness to answer questions, and their reliability. They're are slightly more than the folks who come around advertising services, but I trust them so I stick with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years."

"Texas Tree Team reviewed my requested scope of work, visited property and then presented me with a professional quote, describing what they would do, in terms an arborist would use and with respect to what I wanted done. They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again."

"Prior to Zodega, my irrigation company was Taylor Irrigation Service, with which I was very happy. Zodega bought out Taylor and I began to do business with them. Zodega is unresponsive and unprofessional. I had work done a month ago by Zodega and was having issues. I called three times on a Thursday and two times on Friday. No one ever responded. They have an answering service and customers are not allowed to speak to any employee directly. When finally I called on Friday evening, the answering service stated no one would contact me till Monday. I was told the Zodega has bought out several companies. Apparently they are growing but their customer satisfaction and service is going out the window. Plan to change companies immediately for my future services."

"Quality is as expected and desired but the monthly billing lacks transparency. It’s easier for him but not conducive to know what you’ve really paid for. I also shared guidance from a horticulturalist and due to his wanting to maintain monthly $$ (I believe), ignored info. Also pushed to get new sprinkler system when mine is brand new. Disappointing not willing to do billing based on need like every other company."
