The Parodi Team at Realty Associates Alfonso obtained a Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from University of Lima. After several years of working in the mortgage side of real estate, it became clear that an opportunity to maximize his potential would be to use both his skills in analyzing financials and his ability to communicate with clients and reach agreement while becoming not only a Realtor but the best one he could be, was his new goal. In just three short years: Alfonso has quickly become a leading agent at Realty Associates in Houston which is home to over 1800 agents. He was awarded in the top 1% Buyer Agents among 32,000 agents and recognized by Houston Association of Realtors in 2012 ,2013 and 2014. He maintains the CRS Designee (Certified Residential Specialist ) and only those who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible. Currently less than 3% among 1 million agents nationwide carry this designation. Recently awarded the prestigious 20 Rising Stars under Age 40 by Next Generation of Realtors (Houston Association of Realtors) and named 2015, 2016 Top 250 Latino Agents in US by NAHREP.
