In 2018, we had new Provia external doors installed for our entryway and garage. After 8 years, the door sweeps were beginning to wear, and unfortunately, the original installer had retired his business. I was uncertain who exactly should handle the replacement in this case. As a long shot, I contacted Zen Windows who installed a Provia patio door for us in 2025. They sent out a technician who honored Provia’s warranty on our 2018 doors, replaced the sweeps, and realigned the doors as well.
