"The initial meeting with the owner went well; he got back to us promptly with a price quote, and we agreed to it.  We paid 1/3 of the cost right away.  They started a week or so later than we planned, and the job went on for a couple of weeks, due to equipment repairs and other jobs.  But they did the work that was specified and moved some logs at our request; my husband said the workers were very nice, and they did a good job.  I held back $100 of the final payment for some additional pruning of two shrubs, which the project manager promised he would do the next week.  He didn't come back, so I contacted him and he apologized and said he would do it.  But the following week, I pruned the shrubs myself.

i wasnt there but all of my appliances and plumbing were drained and winterized. my roof was taken card of and if anything happens i will be notified. as i said before, i have had them do the above for three yeard without any problems.
