"The duo was very efficient in what they cleaned. At the time, everything seemed fine for the price, but over the next day or so we noticed that there was dust on the ceiling fans/lights, around the fridge, beneath the stove, and there was lint behind the dryer, debris in the corners in the pantry and some drawers. We were expecting these things to be cleaned for a move-in cleaning service, but maybe it depends on the company."

When I called Elliot he worked with me to make sure there were 2 people available to start first thing Wednesday, even though it was such short notice. It was very helpful, because in every case he explained how much time (and therefore money) each item (such as blind cleaning) would add to the total job. In addition, he came back mid-day to see how the job was going. He and I walked around the house to ensure things had been cleaned to my satisfaction. When we discovered an area that looked like it wasn't cleaned well, he asked his employee what happened, they offered a very good explanation, and they went over the area again."
