I have a split driveway and told him to stay to the right. Instead, they drove up on a dirt road I didn't want them to use. Rescheduled my job and didn't tell me until 5pm that night. I spent all day waiting, putting off my errands. I texted and was told the crew was coming that day. He wasted my entire day. Crew left before I could inspect the job and they did it wrong. Didn't install correctly. Didn't put the boot back on the end of the downspout, didn't put back leaf filters, and failed to properly secure downspout to the house. "

We bought our house a couple years ago with the knowledge that we’d need a new roof soon. Sure enough, this spring, rain started coming in through our bathroom ceiling.
