Phoenix Fence & Deck was willing to do the project, their estimated was prompt and courteous, the bid was competitive. We would have hired them, but unexpected financial issues emerged, and we can't go forward with the project at this time. Everything about them expressed professionalism, quality and reasonableness"

"Butch came out within a day or two to look at the site and give me an estimate. He emailed me written specs and costs a couple of days later. He also let me know when he came out that they were busy and were currently scheduling jobs eight weeks out. I emailed back my acceptance and snail-mailed a one-third deposit check. They emailed me when they received my check and let me know that I was on the schedule for mid-September. Right on schedule, in the second week of September, Butch called and asked if they could do the job in two days. They arrived at the agreed time and Butch and I walked through the job with his crew of three. Butch then left. The crew worked solidly for about four hours and were done. The fence is a quality product. Both the materials (treated pine posts and cedar boards) and the crew's construction and finish have produced a really nice looking fence. As a customer, dealing with Signature Fence was a pleasure. They clearly communicated what they could do and when they could do it. They kept me informed at each step in the process and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think I got good value for money, too. Signature Fence clearly has its act together. Butch, the office team and the construction crew know what they're doing and they do it well. I recommend them highly."

"Everything went extremely well, better than expected. Our estimator was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestion that we had not considered. We were delayed in the scheduling because of weather but they were very accommodating in setting up a new date. The crew was not only on time but a little early on installation day. The three installers were very careful of the garden area in front of the fence, which I appreciated. They were precise and careful in building the new fence, working diligently, and removing all the old materials as well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final product. "Read great reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. for G&V The proposal I got seemed very reasonable so I didn't bother to contact another company. I had G&V remove all the plants from the backyard of my townhouse. One side included ivy completely covering the fence (planted many years ago by my neighbor who has since moved). The new owner had no problem with the ivy being removed. A new fence was installed, which looks beautiful, and was secured properly to the back of my townhouse, unlike the fence on the other side which was replaced some years ago by another contractor. Mulch was added on both sides of the yard. G&V also installed a PVC pipe from the downspout, underground for the length of the fence, emptying into a hole they filled with gravel, covered with dirt, and installed a popup to handle any heavy downpours. It is all downhill from that point to the woods in back of my house so this should be very effective. Everyone makes you feel you are a very important customer including Mario, Edwin (at the office), the two 3-men teams who did the work over two days. I highly recommend G&V. When I am ready to replace the other fence and plant something in the back and front of the townhouse, I will have G&V do it."
