"The owner answered the phone, looked up the job, and offered to order and install a replacement drawer and cabinet door AT NO CHARGE. I was amazed, fully prepared to shell out some dollars to replace the two pieces. The replacement was just complete a few moments ago, just a few weeks after I called. The kitchen cabinets are restored to their uniform whiteness. The courteous installer even had a small paint tube in his truck, and touched up some rub marks. "I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."
