"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! You would have never believed that they were ever here!! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Quality Roofing and when it comes time to replace the front portion of my roof, I only need to make one call! "After a quick initial inspection to confirm the source of two leaks along a party wall in a DC rowhouse, the repair proceeded promptly over two days. The repair consisted of repointing of some deteriorated brickwork, replacement of a rubber membrane along the length of the party wall and replacement of some shingles on the shingle portion of the roof. The work is impeccable and the roof has no further leaks! Looking at the work, I suspect that portion of the roof will greatly outlast the rest.
