I have a 1/2 acre lot and that is a lot to maintain, the fees are very fair by the way! I have 2 small dogs and 4 gates around my yard, the guys NEVER left a gate open(that is super important to me), I am just so glad to have 4U Lawn Maintenance, honest, hardworking people that really takes care of my property with care! "Very well. Was told it would take two men all day but they were done in a little over two hours. They drilled holes in the garage, on one part of the porch and in the foundation using the crawl space underneath the house. They arrived on time and got right down to work. We were told the insecticide they sprayed would last 15 years. They were very neat and the holes were small which I was very happy to see. The filler they used was a good match to the concrete and will fade over time where you won't be able to see where the holes were drilled. Overall, very please. <br />"

"The tree had gone through the cedar ceiling of our house and they removed it beautifully. They really took care and did not damage the house when they did it. The tree was about 100 years old and it was a huge project. The tree fell the length of the highest part of our house and damaged the water pipes. It came down through all the layers of insulation on the roof and just stopped about 10 inches above my husband's head. They came out almost immediately and fixed it so that we could start living again. I think that they are incredibly fair in terms of price and estimates. They do the job in a timely fashion when they can get to it. We have to wait sometimes but I understand that since there are storms here and people all over the place are out of power. So, I wait for them because they are so good. They are a great company. They are a very good company all around."

"Their work was top-notch. They did regrading around our house as well as buried 2 drains to funnel water away from our house after we had basement flooding. Also did external waterproofing for 1 corner of the house/basement. After the work was completed we couldn't even tell how much had been done, they really incorporated everything into our existing lawn/landscaping and if anything it all looked better than what we had before! Their rates are a bit higher than others but I was much more comfortable with their knowledge/apparent quality upfront and was not disappointed."

"They came out and took a look at my lawn and did a fungicide program that saved my lawn. They did a great job. I'd give them an "A" overall and for everything but price, for price I'd give them a "B". I'll be using them again next year. My first impression was they were very professional. Had 1 guy come out to do the service. The first person that came out identified my problem, he had the advantage of looking at my lawn at my home versus having me taking a brick size piece of sod to other companies. No one else was able to diagnose it, he was able to let me know right away this is what is causing XYZ. He solved half the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable, Peter and then Matt is their chemical expert and he's very knowledgeable too. I have just enough knowledge to get myself in trouble but enough to have a conversation with them about different types of grasses and what not. I learned a lot from them."
