Mel was great. Showed up on time, could set my watch by his punctuality.

Our deck was run down and had colors going from grey to black to green. The house siding was covered in dirt and green algae. After he was done the deck looked literally brand new (I had forgotten that's what it looked like new), and the dirt and algae on the siding, which were really extensive (half the house), were completely gone, like they had never been there at all!. I was extremely impressed with the results, and really happy. Mel took care of everything, only needed access to the outside water spicket. After cleaning the deck, Mel came back a couple of weeks later and sprayed deck preserver on the wood. I did not need to be present for him to complete the deck spraying. He also moved all the furniture off the deck to clean it.

I heartily recommend his services. He was very professional, very friendly, and did an outstanding job. He certainly exceeded my expectations. I will call him again
