My contractor refused to bring in the appliances because he said there was no way anyone would get the refrigerator in without causing damages.. these guys simply said challenge accepted. Not a scratch on my floor or bump against myth walls or doors. Everything was installed and leveled to perfection, everything was tested before they left. I would recommend them to anyone, and I tell my friends and family to only use them. Thank you guys for all your help. "

"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Every time I’ve used Petersen’s, they’ve been very friendly and did a great job. Today, was no different. After Hunter did what needed to be done for my drain, he helped me with something else.
