"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. So I called Angel Saturday morning, and he agreed to come right over and take a look. Once he arrived, he realized it wasn't just the relief valve, and the heater would need to be replaced. He then devoted the rest of the afternoon to obtaining a heater for me and doing the replacement. He was careful, professional, and very safety conscious."
