"Really well; they fixed a problem install done by another installer. They not only repaired the shutters, but they also cleaned them up and re-installed so they work smoothly and perfectly now. Paul was very knowledgeable about the shutters. Commerce City is at least an hour away from our house, so he had me send him photos of the problem. Based on the photos and a phone call describing the problems, he was able to give me an estimate and diagnose the problem. Then we set up an appointment to have the shutters removed and brought back to the shop for repair. The shutters were in the shop for a few weeks, since they had to wait on new parts (Bill even called me to let me know they were waiting on parts). The re-installation was quick; we did not have an appointment for re-installation (which was a little odd), but the crew (Bill & Ryan) called me on a Saturday because they were in the area and had the shutters on the truck. Since we were already home, I said "Come on over!", and they had the shutters up and working in maybe an hour.
