"We had CCX Roofing do a siding repair on our house. It was missing several pieces of siding on the gabel end of the 2nd story and needed additional siding below the damaged area replaced in order to match. Alex O was the Project Manager and gave me a bid to replace the area I wanted replaced. I was concerned about being able to match the 38 year old siding, but Alex took an old piece that had been blown off to get the best possible match. Vinyl Siding has greatly improved in 40 years and Alex found us a perfect match. The crew came in and completed the job in just 2 days, they even stacked the old siding up for me as I had requested for a small project I needed to do later. CCX Roofing has done 2 jobs for me on our home and I couldn't be happier with their work from start to finish. The new shingles and siding make the home beautiful again. "We were very impressed with the salesperson that did a quality presentation about the company and the product. The installers of our new roof were efficient and fast. The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. It was impossible to convey the concerns regarding a broken light and to get answers regarding questions about the roof and one uncompleted task. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact. Very disheartening since this company may sell a quality product but a very expensive service. We"
