"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. "Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "
