"Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."

"I want to have my roof inspected for a potential repair or replacement. Robert responded fast and provided honest review by telling me that my roof is coming to the end of the expected life but didn't push me to replace or repair right away. Additionaly he found cracks on my chimney that I was not expecting initially. I am happy to hire him to get the chimney fixed and potentially saved a lot of money for a fix down the road. I will highly like to hire Robert again for roof replacement."
