"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. "Did a phenomenal job repair my roof, a gutter downspout, and fixing fascia of the roof. They were able to color match the color of my gutter and fascia so perfectly I cannot even tell it was recently repaired. The shingles have also settled like they said they would and were very through about cleaning up after the work was complete. Tino did an excellent job explaining the work to be done making sure it was done correctly. Would definitely recommend and use again for future roofing needs."

"We have a old building and we had gutters built into the roof. These were no longer really useful as they were leaking and causing a lot of damage. We also had flat roofs that were old tar type roofs( rest of house was metal-roof). This was a huge project: cutting off the gutters and replacing with modern and then fixing the flat roofs. )Everyone that worked on this project was amazing ! As a childcare center we needed to know in advance work that would be done in certain areas and they were so wonderful about working around us and our outside time. They never left a mess and the area was always cleaned up after they finished. We had a squirrel chew through a board they replaced and they just replaced it again. I could not be happier with how absolutely beautiful our building looks. Kevin has a wonderful group of people he works with ! Kevin went above and beyond for us."

"i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"
