This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! "Very professional, easy to work with, and were able to get the metal roof to upgrade through their financing. The guys took a little longer than what was expected but there was some woodwork they had to fix so not complaining. The clean-up was not as sharp when they left but it was late and dark so I called Rene and the next morning the guys were out with magnets to roll through the yard. "Installation went great and the product is great, but price is something I will not pay again. I know the quality of the product and installation is very hhgh, but I do not think I will have other doors in house replaced soley because of cost. $5400 for one door with new frame is just too high. I also do not like the fact that if I install a storm door, my warranty is voided. And there is no metal in the frame that wuld allow for a magnetc screen to be used so the door can be opened in good weather."
