"I like that they arrived by scheduled time. They didn't charge me more when he realized I had 4 speakers vs 2 for him to hang for my surround sound. Even made a suggestion that would allow a better appearance and my husband was able to mount corner shelf as suggested. Work done looks near and no holes were placed in my walls. <br />My back porch gazebo now illuminates the back yard since we installed the LED lighting. It looks amazing. The owner was very nice, informative and reasonably priced. They left no mess to clean up, and spent almost two hours installing and talking with us on what we can use that is more cost and energy efficient with the same, if not better quality of high definition and more upgrades features. We are definitely using Texas Light & Sound again for future upgrades and/or installation."

"Both jobs went very well. We were lucky to have found Jon Wehr. Getting these 2 jobs done was high priority for us before considering other renovations. The first job was to remove an old broken garage door, frame in a wall with 5 windows, install insulation and drywall, float and texture. The second job was to reframe a walk-in closet by removing an interior corner and relocating the entry. This also required drywall installing , floating and texturing. Jon is a superb worker and takes real personal pride in what he does."

"I am very pleased with the service they provided.  Two gentlemen came the same day I called and got to work right away.  We have a slanted ceiling and the new light/fan didn't have the right base.  So one of them stayed to assemble the new light/fan, and the other one went to Home Depot and found just the part we needed, and made a point to get a nickel-finished base that matched the light/fan perfectly.  They finished up the job and even offered to vacuum the floor.  They were both very polite and I felt they went above and beyond the call.  Not to mention that the price was very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got.  We have a few other light/fans that we need to replace and if we do, I will definitely be calling these guys back. "We have an old house that shifts quite a bit in dry weather. It will no doubt be replaced in the next few years, so it isn't worth pouring money into major repairs, but we do want to keep it comfortable to live in. There was a large hole in a closet where drywall had pulled away from a shifting stud and the closet rod bracket had collapsed. There was also an ugly half-inch drywall gap in one corner of the kitchen due to the shifting. One of our bedrooms was missing the left-hand piece of door trim, and our front door wouldn't stay latched without the deadbolt in place. Sal was responsive and communicative by text. We arranged a time for him to look at the work and give me and estimate, and he arrived right on time (on a Sunday!). He's very experienced and gave accurate estimates of time and costs for all of these small jobs; he didn't try to upsell me on more work than we needed, or would have been appropriate for our very old house. You can tell immediately that he is reliable and trustworthy. We agreed on scope and pricing, and he was able to get to work right away. After running to store for materials, he repaired the closet and then kitchen before texturing them both, all in just a few hours. This work would have easily taken me the whole weekend, and wouldn't have looked nearly as great! Sal did extra work to make sure the repairs would be strong and durable, and I really appreciated the way he took care to locate the gas lines inside the wall before starting. After the drywall, Sal took care of the missing door trim, and adjusting the front door latch. We had agreed on a price for all of the trim around the door, but he was able to match the existing pieces perfectly, and only charged for the portion he replaced. He kept everything clean while he worked, and cleaned up diligently afterward. I was very satisfied with Sal's work, and comfortable having him in my home. I'll definitely have him back for the next round of repair jobs as soon as I can."
