"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"It took much longer than expected, part of this was due to inclement weather & 2 ft of snow. When installer came he noted that porch was not secure enough to place sunroom on.  Owner of company came out to inspect while shoring up was being done.TRS shored up porch. Installer knowledgable and helpful. During demoing & building of stairs, they tripped power to house 3 times, finally they took out old outlet from old porch and used other outside outlet.
Projected time to start was 11/14/15 & finish 12/14/15, was not started until mid Dec., and finished 2/25/16.  County did not issue permit until Dec. TRS might be a little more realistic about construction times. Built sturdy steps & landing and put in all new electric to sunroom. A few knobs for windows missing which they had to reorder and one screen not set in properly and bugs got in, and cover plate to electric box with wiring to porch was not put on. They did fix after a few calls. 
When dumpster removed from driveway, it knocked my A/C unit off its base, unit needs to be repositioned we are waiting to see what that will cost. 
TRS did send out a quality review staffer to go over the whole project when finished, which is rare, so it appears that they really want client feedback.

"It was a massive project that included pressure washing and staining exterior decks, interior painting, plumbing, electrical work, and the installation of cedar tongue and groove shiplap on the walls. There are probably other elements of the project that I am forgetting at this point. Bret did an awesome job with it. I think the before/after photos speak for themselves. "Kinnie Design built a deck the runs 57' across the rear of our home.  The bottom of the deck is 8' above the patio and the depth ranges from between 17' and 6'.  The top of the deck is a rosewood colored man made wood.  The bottom of deck is a tongue and groove wood that was finished to resemble to red oak hardwood floors inside our home.  The outside skirt and post are wrapped in PVC and painted white.  Under the deck is a rain catching system that catches all the water from rain/snow that lands on the top of the deck and moves it via a french drain system to the back of our lot.   They captured everything we wanted in a deck.  Have asked them return to do a few adjustments and they have stood behind their work 100%.  A very professional company that has been a pleasure to do business with."
