"We live on a hill, with a set of steps to navigate the front yard, that end in a landing at the bottom. They were destroyed in an accident. Steve and his crew at SS Creative were the contractor I selected to repair the work. They did an excellent job matching the new construction to the old construction. "Great, on both ends, both the packing in Virginia and the move-in in Massachusetts. As well as the initial visit from Dave (sorry, I do not remember his last name) to give us the quote. On both ends, we were kept informed every step of the way. We were told that the movers would be at our house in Virginia between 8:00 and 10:00 am and they were there at 7:59am. They went through the house with me to get an overview as to the move. They stored the goods for two weeks between closings. They were able to give us a great price on storage, which we appreciate the work Dave did in order for that to happen. He definitely went above and beyond. We got a call on Friday confirming that the move-in would be Sunday between 8:00 and 10:00. We received another call Saturday from Al, the driver to confirm the time on Sunday. We appreciate the call from Al, just to give us another level of assurance. Al gave me a call around 7:30 Sunday morning to tell me he was about twenty to thirty minutes away. Again, appreciate the call. He and his crew - Jay, Umberto, and Benny were extremely professional. It was a pretty big job, up a lot of stairs, but they did it without complaint. The job was done quickly, the crew was great, telling stories of past moves. They did a great job preparing the house (blankets on door frames, paper on floor, etc.), and the house was left in better shape than before they got there. It's been about a month, we found nothing damaged, nothing worse for wear during the storage (we were afraid of mildew on the clothing, but we followed all JK's suggestions to prevent it and it worked), and everything in excellent condition. We used JK ten years ago to move across town, and they did as great of a job up the East Coast. Would definitely use them again. Yes, they are move expensive then some of their competitors, but they own their own equipment, it is not a franchise, and you get what you paid for. You're trusting them to move your life across the town or across the country. This is something you don't want to cheap out on."

"Chamberlin Washington did a fantastic job with a very challenging project.  We needed cracks repaired in our multi-colored faux stone veneer and it took us months to find a company that had any idea how to do the job correctly.  Randy (the president of the company) came out to my house and was great about explaining the best way to tackle the problem and why.  He also returned himself to repair a few cracks with different color samples to make sure we had selected the right colors before starting the job. <br /> Jose and Nelson completed the work and were fantastic from start to finish.  I felt like they treated my house as if it were their own.  They were hard working, proactive and meticulous.  They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  I particularly appreciated their willingness to ensure that I was happy with how everything turned out.  For example, when it was necessary to rebuild individual stone squares, they worked with me to make sure that I liked the final color before putting it on the house.  I also asked them to redo several of the initial cracks - not because they were done poorly, but because they had discovered an even better way to blend in the repairs - and they did so willingly.  Before they left, Jose and Nelson asked me to make sure they had completed everything to my satisfaction.  I missed a few minor things, but Chamberlin Washington was quick to send send a team out after I called.  <br /> I was very impressed with the company's customer service from start to finish and its quality of work.  In fact, the repair of the cracks in the faux stone veneer exceeded our expectations.  I would, without hesitation, recommend Chamberlin Washington and will use them again should the need ever arise. <br /> <br /> <br />"
