"Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Mike and his crew took pride in their work, my new backyard / patio is an awesome space now! I couldn't be happier! "The weather last year delayed the install of my driveway but as soon as weather permitted Ron contacted me to schedule the work. Doug, his very knowledgeable and friendly team member, had gone over the driveway request with me the prior year but came out again two days before the install to make sure they understood everything that I wanted. He explained how they would form the driveway so that the water would drain a certain way. I wanted to make sure that my neighbor did not get any additional water draining to her house based on the driveway change and they understood this concern. Ron and his team arrived promptly on time the date of the tear out and install. They were all professional, very courteous and made sure to damage my neighbor s flowers as little as possible even though that was the only place they could walk since my driveway is very narrow. Doug sent photos to me throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress. They did an exceptional job and I cannot be any happier. Cleanup was very good and pricing was competitive.
