They spent a good amount of time sawing and taking down the wood and all metal from the pool and deck. The wheeled it all the way up to the front yard and truck. I liked their service also because I did not need to prep all things to be discarded. They went into a very crowded attic and pulled out the items I needed to throw away. "Kevin met with us a couple times to bid and plan the job. He was prompt, courteous and listened to what we wanted. My wife even commented that he talked to her and listened to her, instead of just dealing with me like many contractors. He worked with us to put together a job that worked best for our needs. Communication was great .. very responsive .. worked out pricing over text. Pricing was comparable to other bids. The work crew were all respectful and well spoken. They showed up on time, worked quickly (half day to prep & and half of next day to pour) and Kevin was there working with them. I have no complaints .. I'd work with them again."

"My initial appointment with Jackson McClain was excellent - punctual, professional, personable and knowledgeable. On the day of service, I am glad I was home as I had to ask the workers to trim some more branches on one tree (they were sticking out much farther than other branches and it wasn't aesthetically good and it blocked a view from my windows) and also had to ask them to cut off a single large branch on another tree that looked really bizarre after the other trimming they had done on it. A week or so later I ended up trimming some branches off a third tree that were sticking way out beyond the other branches and were overhanging the sidewalk into my house. Positives included being worked in much sooner than expected; the crew was pleasant and cleaned up all the branches they cut."

"I emailed Jay (as I have done for years) to order firewood . He stated he would get it set up and let me know day and time. I was working and received a call from Jay stating he had some wood loaded and ready for another customer that had cancelled and thought maybe he could drop it off to me instead. Wonderful service!! "I went online to schedule and they were pretty fast with the next delivery date. I got a call the day before delivery to confirm with the time frame. I got a call on the date of delivery and I feel like I was on the early side of the deliveries. They called when they were close and also when they were outside. They were energizer bunnies in getting everything inside and setting up the legs on the sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to have them take the old mattress away or else I have no doubt that they would have set that up for me as well. Brandon and Connor were outstanding and so kind and gracious. The follow up call from the company to make sure that everything went okay was also great. The only issue was that when they arrived at Big Lots to pick up my items they were given a full size mattress, but Brandon and Connor checked the paperwork and actually went to another Big Lots to get what I purchased and deliver it at the same time. Big Lots was trying to get them to tell me that the mattress needed to be delivered separately, but while in Big Lots the sales person checked to make sure that the mattress was there in stock and to put my name on it. The extra customer service and professionalism that Brandon and Connor put forth to make sure that I got ALL of the pieces that I was expecting and paying for earned them 1000 gold stars and the moon in my book. Wouldn't it be great if all businesses did this? I would definitely use this company again in the future. If I have any delivery or trucking needs I will be looking them up to see what they offer. The flat rate for all three pieces was a great money saver for this single mom."

"DO NOT USE - They stole $250 and will not return my calls. I paid $850 to remove the tree ($600) and stump ($250). They "forget" to have the area checked for underground power lines and did not remove the stump. A few days later, we realized the stump could not be removed and agreed not to do that part of the service. I paid Peru the full amount when they did the initial service. Jesus refuses to answer my calls or call me back."
