He (or his employees?) were a bit slow in getting the estimate back to me, but it was also going into their busy season, so that is to be expected. Our estimate also had some extra details that would have required more research than what is probably the norm .
Unfortunately, we did not give Boyle Heating and Cooling the job, as we got a lower bid. Their bid was in no way above average for this area though.
Overall, I give this company an A and kudos to the owner for being professional and friendly. Sometimes that is hard to come by in contractors. I would definitely feel comfortable having work done by them.

Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I feel the parts and labor were high.  Work was done while my wife was at home and she didn't know much about what they were recommending. They did explain by phone to me before hand. Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. My receipt simply said "repair heater" next to the $340 charge.  I definitely wouldn't use again.
