"He did amazing! I called him because there was multiple broken stairs on my staircase leading into the apartment and he removed all of the broken stairs, and replaced them all! He didn't charge me too much either! Overall very happy with the work he did!"

"I hired Otter Creek Construction to do paint my house and to do some bathroom updates and window replacements at another house I own. The painting was done with precision, and close attention to detail such as caulking any spaces between the baseboards and walls, and making sure the holes in the walls were smoothly filled in. The lines between the walls and ceilings were clean and straight. I have had several paint jobs done in the past, and I rate this crew's results the best so far. The bathroom updates were done within one and a half days with no "down time" for use of the bathroom. The owner, David Bailey, went out of his way to find the exact vanity and counter top my daughter wanted; he selected the perfect faucet, shower curtain rod and toilet seat cover (he even found a self-closing cover with a built-in child seat for my young grandson!) The window replacements will be done when the special-order windows arrive in about another two weeks. This project is to replace and repair a botched window replacement done by the previous owners. Mr. Bailey quoted a much lower estimate than a previous estimate from another company for doing the same thing. Mr. Bailey and his two employees also did several "handyman" projects around the houses. He even came up with a solution to a "clothes hanging" in one of the basements for a very reasonable price. Overall, I would highly recommend Otter Creek Construction. They are professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide excellent service at a reasonable price."

"Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install: I have NEVER seen such passion for doing a good job and attention to detail, (well this is the 2nd time, see below) from the beginning of my vinyl plank flooring job, right up to the end! I met Charles about 2 months ago, after water got in downstairs and I needed help. Nobody else had time for me, even Charles, but he made time and we busted out that job! He's humble and charges fairly, and if you pass him up you're making a mistake!
