"Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. Now., that this happened around the holidays I couldn?t find any one to do the work. I was so angry!!! Comment for more info"

He came prepared during our first meeting and checked all the walls, told me the pricing details and brought a paint sample book but also made great suggestions. He and the team came prepared with drop cloths and brushes, rollers and paint and they did a really great job. They cleaned up as they went and even gave suggestions about other things with the house such as areas for improvement in the basement and roof and gutters. They were professional, courteous, and personable. I would absolutely hire them again. "

I hired Joe and despite a few false starts (on my end, I kept having to postpone due to work obligations), he was incredibly patient and understanding. He was so reasonably priced, too! The contractors I normally use for work (I'm a property manager) charge way more for a unit that's less than half the size of my old apartment, and their work is mediocre at best. It?s a brand new install that I am now afraid to light. As if that were not enough, they left my neighbors? driveway covered in concrete and sealant residue. An absolute waste of $5,000."
