"Jared vacuumed all the ducts while using his tools to loosen the dust and hair and get it vacuumed out. There was a duct that had some substance spilled in it and he wiped it all out and there was another duct where the speculation is that a cat urinated into it. Jared did a special job of cleaning that duct and there is no smell left."

"After reading the good reviews here, I called Walt about a week ago and he scheduled Eric to come and clean my duct work today. The last time this was done was 10 years ago when I had the heat pump installed, so it was long overdue. Eric was very polite and quick, and when finished showed me the results.
