Very pleased.

 Well organized office. Response is excellent. During  normal hours there is always someone to call / ask questions / get updates on schedule. Due to changing weather, date of work was changing - I always was getting timely updates. The best day was selected in accordance to weather forecast: making sure there is no rain on the installation day, but also at least couple of days after.

I got professional answers to all the questions I had. What is important, I felt I could trust these answers. No upselling for more costly products / services. Honest description ( cons and pros) for all options. There were situation, when the office encourage me not to choose more expensive options as it is not worse the money.

Work was done quickly.  All cleanup was done perfectly. Can not judge on true quality, as I am not a professional roofer, and only  over month passed since installation, but visually roof looks accurately installed, and I have no  obvious issues so far.

"Felipe came out within 2 days of my request for a quote. He was on time and was professional with his approach. He asked me if I had received a quote in the past - I had, 2 years prior. I told him that the square footage was 1700 qs. ft.. He gave me a quote for Certainteed Mountain Ridge tile and left me with adequate material to help me make a choice, if I wanted an alternative. I liked his direct and professional approach. He did not however climb and inspect my roof before giving me a quote. I realize that would have been a lot more work but that also meant that he missed that I had 4 skylights that would need to be replaced. That was not a part of his quote. This is the reason I did not give him an A in my overall rating. I ended up going with another contractor for the job. I however wanted to leave a review for Felipe and All Roofing Eagle Construction because I was left with a favorable impression of him and his company. I appreciated the timely quote and the professional handling."

"After installing a new section of roof to fix leaks into house, during 1st few days of rain, it leaked into house as before. Steve came back a few days later and went over options and then sent 2 workmen over the following day and they installed metal plates into other sections where there was gap in roof. After yesterdays rains, no rain leaked into house. so, it seems to have fixed the problem. I liked his quick response to our plight. Now, I'd like to wait however for next heavy continuous rains to see if problem is really resolved. But, Steve worked to have our problem resolved. Thank you very much Gibson Roofing!"

"JV Roofing is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. During the snowy weather, a vent pipe was broken in half and the vent pipe base was torn away leaving a hole in the roof. I called JV Roofing to look over the damages at 11:00 am and was told that Juan would be there at 2:00 pm. He arrived before the scheduled time to help. Exceptionally good response time! He determined that the vent pipe would have to be repaired by a plumper. He went on the roof to repair the hole in a downpour and on a slippery slate tile roof. After the repairs, he said there are no charges since he was here anyway. I will be using JV Roofing in the future for sure."

The roofers were incredibly hard working and put in 10-12 hour days. They cleaned everything up and left the yard looking neat when they were finished. "The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."
