"We added to the scope a little bit. We did have a little up charge because there was a little bit more footage involved and then some other features we had him look at. It included some additional work so it was outside the scope of $349 program. It was very well done. Very satisfied. He was real easy to work with. They came out and made appointments. There was little confusion about what tile we were to pick out and exactly where to get it from there was little confusion about that but overall in the end it was fine.
