He was out within a day, and gave me a fair quote to trim two large oaks and haul away brush from another job. I was originally scheduled for a few days from the quote, which I was ok with. However, Eric called me the following day and said he and his crew could do it within two days. They were on time and did great work. I will definitely use Texas Tree Trimming again."

"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. "ArborTrue is a wonderful company. Last year Brad Phillips inspected my old river birch. Heat stressed. I did exactly what he told me to do. Responded beautifully! This year he had to come back out. City dug a trench on the other side of the fence for a huge natural gas pipeline. It sealed its fate as it was near the end of its city life. Brad sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony out in about a week as a new fence install was about to happen! Fascinating to watch. Very professional and so careful in this dangerous job. Cleaned job site well. Avoided hurting equipment like AC’s etc. I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends."
