He climbed up on my roof, took pictures, and even suggested the possibility of my home insurance covering some of the work. None of the other bidders did all of that. He also worked with owner Randy and provided me competitive pricing that met our budget needs. And that included new gutters with covers! That coupled with their excellent reviews on Angies List convinced me to try their company. Their qualified and experienced roofers did an excellent job installing the roof over 2 days (due to some rain). "Marty and the entire Pioneer roofing team are to be commended for a great job and value for work performed. Due to winter and spring storm damage, what we thought would be a patch job ultimately turned out to be a full replacement of our 25 year old roof. During some of the hottest days of the summer, the team showed up at 6:45 am on Day 1 and began the tear off and ultimately completed ½ of the replacement the first day. Back the next day bright and early to beat afternoon thunderstorms in the forecast, the team completed the reroof, cleaned and replaced the spouting guards and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The entire team was thorough, professional, polite, and trustworthy. The cost was slightly above the average of the quotes we received but it was apparent when we talked to them they were the best equipped to do the job. We are glad we went with Pioneer."
