Family owned and operated since 1944, Wallside sells directly to the homeowner, manufacturing and installing its own products. With a factory/showroom located in Taylor, Mich., the vinyl window manufacturer services two thirds of the lower peninsula of Michigan and northwest portions of Ohio.
"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

We are also big on customer service, we are still around when the job is done and will take care of any problems relating to the job. We do give free estimates and usually have the bids done within a couple of days. We do use repeat subcontractors for specialized activities that we are not licenced to do such as electrical or plumbing. Our main activities are home remodeling and home building but also do commercial work. We do just about everything in a house from drywall to tile, trim work, and flooring.
