"Kinsella Built was great! So good that we have recommended them to all of our friends (now that is a true testimonial of their work). Our job was significant. We put on an addition to the house, created an open concept inside and finished our basement. The entire job was 7 months. Yet each day they showed such work ethic; always showing up at 7AM and putting in a full day work. They were professional, created a very quality product, were reasonable and finished the job on time. You can't ask much more of that from a contractor. "I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

They did an excellent job building the fence to follow a curve in the corner of our property along with a gate on the opposite end. "We had a challenging project: converting a 200+ year old kitchen in a small footprint into an updated, classic yet high-end kitchen. The project involved carefully pulling up the original plank-floorboards, building a new ceiling, tiling the floor and fireplace hearth, installing custom cabinetry, appliances, lighting and re-routing plumbing and electricity, among other things. Sean's crew did a wonderful job from start to finish and kept their promise on timeline and cost. As with all projects, particularly old houses, a number of unforeseen issues came up and Sean's crew was able to solve all of the issues. We are ecstatic with how our kitchen came out. "Steve is a fantastic craftsman of fine built in cabinets. We worked with Steve to design and construct 4 spaces in the home - a new mudroom, a new basement kitchen in a newly built entertainment space, a new basement mudroom and bathroom. We chose a different look in each space - stained walnut, lacquered wood with gold inlay, and painted wood - he did a phenomenal job throughout the home. Steve is patient and kind, and a good listener to understand what the client wants. He worked relentlessly to make sure the color matched my expectations on wood he stained. His hardware and hardware installation is impressive - all of my cabinets are functioning beautifully 2 years later with zero misalignment occurring. He is creative - added a hidden cubby in my mudroom wall paneling! I am so thrilled with his craftsmanship and hope to use him again if i can get around to redoing the last 4 rooms wit plumbing they haven’t been done since the house was built. "
