"This is the best contractor that I have worked with. The bid was accurate with no add on unless there was a discussion and agreement. The trades that did the work were quiet, efficient, timely, and cleaned the area thoroughly each day prior to departure. We were interrupted due to Covid19, but once able to return to work a new schedule was established and kept. Shane (the owner/contractor) checks on the work regularly if he isn't present. His assistant is pleasant, good natured, hard working. My HOA management loved to see him on site as they knew he would follow all building rules and be curteous.
