"Well we had Stanley steemer clean out carpets in the beginning of august 2023. They were there for about 29 minutes total to supposedly clean 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Long story short we had to have H&H carpet cleaning come in after them to do it right. I did talk to Rich the owner to try and get reimbursed for the total failure of the job. He did call me back at first and then would never return my call again. I have always used Stanley steemer in the past but will NEVER use them again. It was a total waste of money. I owned 2 of my own businesses for 32 years and NEVER treated a customer anything like I was treated. All they did was come in and sprayed water on my carpets. I gave Rich plenty of opportunity to do the right thing I even called the main Stanley steemer in Ohio and someone there even sent him an email which he just ignored.
