"Larry the sales rep came to my house in a timely manner listened to my request and provided me with what I considered a reasonable bid. The day of the job the guys were timely, efficient, polite, and best of all, picked up after themselves. A few heavy rains latter we found that the gutter downspout made a mud hole at the gate entrance to the back yard. I called back to schedule someone to come out and discuss rerouting. It took 3 consecutive days calling to get a real response from a person. The lady in the office apologized advised that she had been out with a sick child and that she would contact Larry to talk to me. Larry called back a couple days later and we scheduled time to meet at the house. He came out and told me that they were really too busy to do this job. I assume the numbers were not there, until after Thanksgiving when they slowed down. BUUUUTTTTTT...... it was OK with his boss if he did it on the side. He said it would look good and be functional. Well it is neither, besides being leaky as a sieve, nonfunctioning, and ugly as h***, what p***** me off the most is he took my $275.00 promised to come back 2 days later fully knowing it did not work properly and reseal, all of which never happened and it has been two weeks now. The whole section was propped up with scrap 2and quot; X 4and quot; I had left over from my fence installation. My wife came to me and said right in front of Larry that's the ugliest thing I ever saw.. He shrugged that off. Later she said I can't believe you actually paid him for that? I really can't either. Right now its really hard for me to be all warm and Fuzzy about this whole deal. Affordable Seamless gutters is on the way out to fix it. <br />"

"Very pleased. Tall, newer home in the Heights area...gutters overflowing during rains. They pulled out several pieces of roofing shingles from the areas and showed me by the shape that they were probably just discards from the installation and not from any flaw in the roof itself. Blew off and removed some debris, checked the condition of the roofing shingles and gave me an idea of how often I should have the gutters cleaned based on location and lack of tall trees. Fair price, timely and no pressure to upsell. Very, Very satisfied... and will recommend them to neighbors."
