"Came home to find a hole in the bedroom ceiling on a Friday night. It was a holiday weekend and I had to be away from home Saturday afternoon . I called around 9:30 Saturday morning and Richard said he wold be there before noon as soon as he completed his first call, He arrived as promised and completed repairs in time for my afternoon appointment. The plywood as well as the shingles had to be replaced. He also repaired flashing that was in need of caulk on other places on the roofing and replaced a vent. I was relieved to have this work done in such a timely manner. He is very pleasant and professional,"
