I called the office & asked them to send a supervisor over to see the job that was done & to smell the odor but they only sent a technician with a can of deodorizer to mask the odor. They offered to refund us. $50. Mind you. We used this company for 9 years and this is how they treated us. They can keep their $50."

I had several things completed: duct redesign/replacement (all of it), vent cleaning (all 16), and dryer line cleaning. Mike provided a detailed estimate before I agreed to the job.
