Island Roof Repair did an excellent job repairing the flashing on our roof and which had been incorrectly installed and caused some damaging leaks at different points in our roof. They showed up the next day after we called them. When leaving, after inspecting the roof, they gave us a comprehensive report of what’s wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and promised an estimate within 24 hours. They were very accommodating about working around our rental schedule. "Scheduling was delayed by bad weather. When the weather permitted, a two man crew arrived and I showed them the new fans and explained about the built-in thermostat/humidsat attached to the top mounted solar panel. The fans were on my back porch and as soon as we moved them in the sunlight, the motors started running! And absloutely no noise. <br /> Prior to securing the fans to the roof, the thermosta/humidstat had to be lowered below each fan for proper operation. After the roof was patched the crew cleaned up the area and left. <br /> This was the second time I've used Fields and have been well pleased with the cost and quality of their work. <br />"

"I hired Lee Day and team to paint the interior of my 1900 sq ft. 10 year old house and all 21 doors in the house and the walls of the garage.
