"It is nice to have Jay for this project, the water held in my lawn is a big headache and Jay was able to help me with that. It is a little bit over the budget, but I think it is good. I had my drainer installed and replace the lawn for the place where the drainer is. I hope the lawn will be better than before. "Working with Dwayne was an absolute pleasure.  A true professional, honest and straight forward, and knowledgeable.  He and his crew did an excellent job.  Before installing the mulch, they pulled weeds that were missed by another company that had just done the work six weeks earlier.  He and his crew are very meticulous.
On our initial walk-thru, Dwayne noticed some issues with our lawn that our lawn pest control company has not properly addressed.  He provided the details I needed to contact the company and have them address.  When he was out today to install the mulch, he noticed that the problem hadn't been addressed.  He happened to have the necessary chemical to deal with the issue and offered to spot treat the problem at no additional cost even though this was another company's problem.
After our initial meeting to discuss the work to be done, he called with a quote and a scheduled date to perform the service.  Due to rain, he was delayed a day and made a point to call and keep us posted on when he'd be able to do the work.  A one day delay was no problem for us.  We were so pleased with this experience working with Dwayne and his crew that we have already asked him to schedule trimming all of our shrubs and intend to do that on a regular schedule now that we have found someone that we feel we can rely on.  All in all, a great first experience!  Great customer service!

"I wanted to post a good word about AG, specifically their supervisor Al. I was reluctant to use any lawn company based on some dealings with some very shady people. However, I have really bad seasonal fungus and was unable to control this myself. I have been using AG for a couple years. Recently Al showed up at my home. Frankly, I have no idea why he was here. I never complained about anything or escalated any issues. I suspect either AG proactively does this as routine customer service or the tech escalated a particularly bad fungus outbreak to him. Either way this reflects very good on the AG leadership. We discussed my issue. Al was very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality. He addressed my concern and I am very pleased how this whole situation was handled. Anyone reading this who has a lawn service must ask if they received similar proactive customer service. I am very impressed with this entire organization, and the way they conduct business. Thanks AG! Thanks Al ! Thanks Angie !!"

"It went very well. They come when they say and do the job well. They don't do fertilizing but do everything else. I'm very pleased. The only problem was that they quoted a price and changed it a couple weeks later because they underestimated the amount of work required. I wish he'd just taken a little more time to correctly estimate the job."

"They are lousy. That was a terrible experience.

The grass was fine but they were supposed to lower a lot of the yard and they didn't. The grass looks fine but it should be about 3 inches lower than where it is. I wanted the yard leveled out. 

The pump they put in. It would work for a while and then it would go bad and it wasn't sucking the water out of the ground. I went from one thing to the other. Then it got to the point where they wouldn't answer the phone. We're sorry we are very busy and we can't talk to you right now. So I used another person's phone and I got right in to them. I said Oh I guess you got a different phone there. We've been having trouble with the phone company. Don't give me that kind of stuff. 

I don't care who it is, tell em to stay away from See More Green. 

They're very nice to start out, oh, don't worry about this or that and we will take care of it. When it comes down to the end oh we're gonna get this job done and bang that was it. 

They did some good. It started out what everybody else was in the price range. I kept trying to get them to get things done and they just kept putting me off and putting me off. It started out being good but just got worse. 

If they were professional, they would have gotten this taken care of without the hassle. I was back to the yard flooding and if someone asks I will tell them to stay away from them as much as possible. Professionals go out and get the job done.

They finally did come back and did what they were supposed to do to get the well working again but I still don't have any confidence in them. $10000 is a lot of money."

"Eric was great and his crew fabulous. When we first started project I wanted sod but no sprinkler. Eric explained needed to water everyday for first 30 days (maybe more if weather was warm) and hose sprinkles just didn't cut it. We also had a huge pine tree with very large roots. He gave me several options regarding the tree and yard. I was leaning toward rubber mulch but Eric explained tat might nt be good for my dogs ( I have 4 rescue cocker spaniels) as this mulch contains steel and it may hit the dogs paws. While I was getting permit for tree removal and getting the tree taken down I thought about what Eric told me. I kept asking question; he was very patient and did not laugh at my crude drawing of what I had envisioned for my backyard. He was very patient waiting to coordinate tree removal and irrigation installation. My sod was installed on March 10th a Saturday. I was glad it wasn't to hot for the crew. They did an awesome job and now we have a beautiful backyard. Thanks Eric and team."

He and his crew arrived as scheduled and placed the sod in exact position so that it cleared my flower beds nicely.
