"They treat a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, so we figured we'd give them a try. Paid for a year of service. Lawn looks just as bad, if not worse, at the end of it. Specifically asked if we needed to re-sod, etc. any areas at the start and was told they would get it all under control. Multiple times we were in the backyard, pool, etc. without seeing anyone from the company, but magically their "Lawn Treated" sign would pop up in our front yard during that time. I'm thoroughly convinced at this point that they don't actually do anything other than drop the signs off in your yard. Sent a letter detailing these reasons for canceling and received no reply whatsoever. Not a good way to do business."

Tim brought his team to do a major lawn cleanup and gutter cleaning for me even though my home is out of their general service range. I have gotten my son to use them and 7-10 neighbors have switched to them from my advise and they are just a great company to deal with.  Greg from PHS has a degree in horticulture and he mixes his own formula for the lawn fertilizer.  He just does a fantastic job and his employees are like family, they are just great people.  Good service, I just couldn't give them a higher recommendation, I have never been more happy with a company that I've dealt with."
