"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"Working with Covenant Roofing and Construction could not have been better. They measured our roof and gave us a quote. When we gave them the go they jumped into action. They pulled the permitt and dug into the job. Litterally dug in removing two layers of old shingles and replacing 9 sheets of decking. They nailed everything down better than the code requies. Our new metal roof looks great and we love it. Our insurance agent loved what he saw. The insurance discount is an added bonus. I’m told our roof is so strong, that if it’s missing after a mjor storm the house won’t be there either! "We replaced a 15-year old roof in May 2019. Jeff, our consultant, came to the house, estimated the cost for complete removal and replacement and answered all of our questions. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question. The front office was excellent in keeping us informed concerning timing of the job and leading us through the process. It took one long day to strip and replace the roof. The crew was good. Cleanup after the job was good. The roof looks tremendous. We also had some eave and soffit wood damage that was repaired in the process. This was a big plus.
